Criminal Litigation   

Our criminal department consists of flexible and accomplished practitioners from a wide range of backgrounds, many of whom are well-known throughout China for their successful involvement in high-profile cases. Some lawyers previously worked for the police, prosecution authorities and different levels of courts.

We are also actively involved in of criminal legislation, such as the drafting of the consultation with the legal profession on modifications to Criminal Procedure and the regulations governing Legal Practice.
